Helping you to reach your goals

What existing clients say...

  • Brian
“I need not have worried of course, as all of the members of the group were there for similar reasons and encouraged to work at their own level. I had forgotten how much fun getting hot and sweaty could be.”
  • Alan
“I was given an initial assessment and asked what my aims and goals were. I was then given an exercise programme to follow, which was tailored to my needs and levels. I was encouraged at every step by Ben and Mark, and without this encouragement I would not be at the stage I am today.”
  • Janet
“After being referred for exercise by my GP, my first meeting with Ben and Mark was terrifying! What on earth were 2 six-foot plus men going to put me through?!...Despite my reluctance, Ben and Mark built up my confidence and my muscles...”

What is Exercise Referral?

If you are inactive or suffer from a stable medical condition, exercise referral could help you take some simple steps towards feeling fitter and healthier.

Your GP or other Health Professional can refer you directly to one of our classes or gym-based schemes, where our knowledge and experience will help you on the way to a fitter and healthier life. An introduction to exercise through the referral path can give increased confidence, working with instructors who know how to approach your individual requirements.

How can I join the exercise referral scheme?

To join you need to visit your GP, Practice nurse or other Health Care Professional to see if you are eligible. If they feel it is appropriate they will complete a Referral form for you.

What can I do next?

Contact us and we will be happy to arrange a consultation where we will give you some simple health checks and discuss your goals and exercise options.
