• Diagnosis of osteoporosis
• Severe osteoarthritis / rheumatoid arthritis with associated immobility.
• Obesity - BMI 28kg/m2 or waist girth > 90cm
• Please also inform us (on the referral form) if it is suitable for the patient to do other forms of exercise as well as the Pilates class.
